Update vmTools with no reboot

Get-VM "<vm_name>" | Update-Tools -NoReboot

Create snapshot

new-snapshot -vm <vm_name> -name snapshot_test

Remove snapshot

get-snapshot -vm <vm_name> | remove-snapshot
